Pricing

Regular Classes

  • 6 week package: special introductory rate of $60 (regular $70)
  • Single session drop-in (space permitting): $15

Lunchtime Classes

  • 6 week package: special introductory rate of $50 (regular $60)
  • Single session drop-in (space permitting): $12

How To Sign Up

Registration will be available between 1 and 4 PM at the Broadway Ballroom reception, upstairs by the main ballroom, 1050 West Broadway. You can enter through the Barista Cafe.

Currently, we are only able to accept cash.

Classes are limited to 10 students and registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register early to avoid disappointment.

Hatha Yoga

This class will work with posture, breath, and basic mindfulness to stretch and strengthen the body, calm the mind, and increase your energy level.

Kripalu Yoga and Meditation

This comprehensive class will explore all that yoga has to offer, including postures, breath, meditation, yogic philosophy, and an emphasis on mindfulness in daily life.

Lunchtime Power Yoga

A quick and vigorous yoga workout, this class will exercise the whole body and leave you feeling calm, refreshed, and energized.
